  • Complete the Client Information Form: Download and fill out the appropriate form (for single individuals or married couples) to help us understand your assets and goals.
  • Bring Your Property Deeds: If you own real estate, please bring a copy of the grant deed. If you’re unable to locate it, we can assist later in the process.
  • No Financial Statements Needed: We do not require your bank, investment, or insurance documents at your initial meeting.
  • Learn & Decide: During your no-obligation consultation, we’ll explain the basics of estate planning in Arizona and how they apply to your unique circumstances.
